Through this holistic perspective, we are able to co-create an experience that leans into your strengths to find and resolve whatever is blocking you from your envisioned future.
I'm not the kind of therapist who simply listens and reflects (though that is the important thing to do sometimes!). Sessions with me are, generally, more focused and goal-oriented - always with respect for your own intuition and self-determination. I believe there is deep time wisdom in and around us; and, by tapping into that, we can unlock profound and unexpected transformations.
